Recipes to Make Your Hair Grow Faster

The right nutrition is required to keep your hair healthy and growing. Vitamins A and B, zinc and fatty acids promote hair growth, especially in combination with proper hair care and stress reduction. Some simple recipes will guarantee that your hair is getting the nutrients it needs.

Salmon Au Gratin
Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a baking dish. Salt and pepper two 1-pound salmon fillets and place them in the butter. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of lemon juice and 1 tsp. of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and baste the fish with the butter from the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese over the fish and broil for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the fish is flaky.

Carrot Tuna Salad
Carrots are rich in vitamin A and tuna is high in protein and fatty acids. Combine 1 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 cup grated carrots and one 6-1/2 oz. can of drained tuna in a medium-sized bowl. Mix 1 cup ranch dressing and 1 tsp. of mustard and pour the mixture over the vegetables and tuna. Stir to mix all the ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated.

Meatloaf
Beef contains zinc, which is essential for hair growth. Use your hands to mix together 1 pound of hamburger meat, one egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, one diced onion, 1 cup of cracker crumbs, one diced bell pepper, and 1 tsp. each of salt and pepper. Press the mixture into a baking loaf pan and top with a mixture of 3 tbsp. of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Bake for one hour in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
